best project of the year

As the year is closing I'm taking a look back - what was my favourite project?

1. Craddle - January

 I started to blogg regularly in February. 

So for January I take a picture never shown on my blog before.

 I painted the craddle, glued an old music book cover on 

and sewed a bed cover and pillow from antique linnen before I got my latest baby.

2. Nursery - February

My fifth child - and the first time I designed a nursery.

And the first time I introduced the color aqua to my house.

3. March - laundry room

4. April - bathroom

5. May - Kitchen

( And I started to make sailboates in May):

6. June - living room

I removed the (pink!) wallpaper in my living room, even though I knew I could not set up new one immideately...

We lived for quite some weeks like this.

7. July - Hut on the deck

I painted the inside of the hut and created a outdoor "kitchen"

8. August - rug&hutch

I got the wallpaper in the living room up, painted a rug...

and gave this hutch a new life.

9. September - fireplace

I made a small faux fireplace for the master bedroom.

10. October - Headboard

A new headboard for our bed.

11. November - Sunburst Mirror

I made a sunburst mirror from drift wood.

It's soon coming up for sale at  Blissful Design!

12. December - school map & picture wall

This old school map got repaired and hung on the wall

and I created a picture wall above the piano.
