my favorite spot on the island
it's called "fredtun" - yard of peace
a secluted little "valley" at the rocky eastern shore
(we live at the western side of the island, with a steady wind from north or west)
here it's calm
years ago the place was used for childrens camps
yesterday it was just us and extended family
and the sun
the boys played soccer all afternoon
while she wished there would be water in the swimmingpool
enough water here
climbing is fun, too
dad and the boys down there
the view down to the chapel
a wonderful place
with my favorite people
enjoying God's creation

Wow what beautiful scenery! Love all the rocky outcrops, the grass on the roof, the sea and grass and sky, how wonderful to have it all for yourselves for a day!
